About Alliance Lebel
A virtual, human and rigorous agency, serving employers and candidates across Quebec.
Our Story
Alliance Lebel is a virtual recruitment agency that connects employers and job seekers across Quebec, with no fixed physical address. Its remote service extends from the Outaouais and Gatineau to Estrie and Centre-du-Québec, covering all employment sectors: early childhood, healthcare, office work, technology, construction, warehousing, transportation, food service, security and many more.
The agency was born in early childhood, education and youth services — environments where the quality of a hire has a direct impact on vulnerable people. There, you learn to verify before recommending, to respond quickly when an absence arises, and to speak frankly when a profile doesn't fit. Today, Alliance Lebel brings that same rigour to permanent recruitment, executive search and temporary or on-call staffing, across all regions and all professional fields.
The team is led by its founder, whose background in demanding environments shapes the approach: listen, pre-screen carefully, present few candidates but the right ones, and provide constant follow-up. Every mandate is handled by a single point of contact, from the first call through to the hire.
Our Mission
Matching the right talent with the right organizations — quickly, rigorously and humanely.
Our Team
Laurie Lebel, Founder
Laurie built her career in early childhood, education and youth services — environments where every hire touches vulnerable people and where error is not an option. There, she learned to check references, spot reliable profiles and fill absences without delay.
From that experience, Alliance Lebel was born — a virtual agency that applies the same rigour to all employment sectors. Laurie personally oversees every mandate, from the first call through to the hire, ensuring a single point of contact follows both the client's file and the candidate's.
